BETA MEETINGS

Each semester, members must attend every meeting. Emails and texts will be sent out accordingly prior to each meeting as a reminder. Grade representatives will take attendance in the lobby for each respective grade level. Please be sure to be on time!

If you are missing a meeting due to a makeup assessment, sickness, appointment, school field trip, or SAT zero period, please email us prior to the meeting. A reminder email, as well as a text from Remind101 and posts on Instagram, for meetings will be sent the day before. The members will be required to send an excuse email back to northviewbetaclub@gmail.com by 11:59 PM. The following day, the officer board will notify if their absence has been excused or not. Emails in the morning of the day of the meeting will NOT be acceptable. 

Members can miss up to 2 meetings. If you miss more than two meetings in each semester, you will be placed on probation.
